I used to be very sociable, but I think I am becoming more and more shy. I think negative things about myself. My “long time ago” friends used to tell me that I was really fun to be around with. But after I moved, I started not to talk to them. I still go to the same school, but I feel so lonely. All I need is some courage and confidence to talk to my old friends. And to even make new friends. I feel so depressed these days.
